Blighted and vacant for years, with very poor structure to ground. Temporarily supported the entire house while we rebuilt all foundations, and piers and sills, and there you go. New everything, except we got to salvage beautiful windows from the demo of the Twi-Ro-Pa warehouse for the rear elevation - that was fun. Oh, and amazing extant cypress parlor doors.
